1 Who installs Grüngard irrigation devices?

Our products come with step-by-step instructions in the installation guide, designed so that anyone can easily install them on their own. You can also access installation videos from the product introduction and sales pages on our website or from our YouTube page.

2 I don't have an automatic watering system in my garden. Can I use Grüngard?

Grüngard's smart irrigation systems require a pre-installed irrigation infrastructure. For these systems to function effectively, the necessary pipes, valves, and sprinklers must be correctly positioned in the garden. Smart irrigation control devices integrate with the existing irrigation infrastructure to optimize water consumption and enable remote management.

3 Are all models remotely managed?

Bluetooth Models (9V BLT): Can be controlled from close range (within Bluetooth range).

Wi-Fi Models (24V Wi-Fi): Controlled via the internet, within the Wi-Fi network coverage area.

SIM Card Models (24V SIM Pro): Controlled via the mobile network, within the mobile network coverage area.

4 Can Grüngard devices be connected to the faucet?

No, Grüngard Smart Irrigation Devices are not designed to be connected directly to a faucet. 
Your Grüngard device requires a specific irrigation infrastructure to function. Grüngard devices are connected by cable to the coils of solenoid valves used in automatic irrigation systems.

5 What is the warranty period for Grüngard products?

Grüngard products are covered by a minimum 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. However, this period may vary for certain products or during promotional periods. For detailed information, please refer to the warranty clause in the user manual that comes with the product.
